Every order is prepared by hand at our Toronto atelier and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are prepared the next business day. Should a piece require a little longer, your Concierge will write to you personally.

A tracking link is sent by email the moment your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Duties & Customs
All United States orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and taxes are included at checkout — nothing further is owed on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
